Do we ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Please note however that due to customs procedures in different countries, shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs, duties and tax fees depending on your destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The purchaser or end customer is responsible for these fees.

What material is the jewelry made of?

Many of our pieces are made out of an acrylic or plastic material. This is a signature part of our collection. All of the metals are made of a base metal material, with a gold or silver finish. We use authentic Swarovski crystals on all of our pieces that apply.

What is the difference between mirrored acrylic and regular acrylic?

The mirrored acrylic which is available in gold, silver and purple is exactly what it sounds like. Its literally a type of acrylic material that has a mirror finish, so that its completely reflective. Depending on what color it is, it will have that tint to it. The regular acrylic, is an acrylic material that has a shiny finish, but is not reflective

Do you do custom orders outside of what is available on the site?

Yes, we do provide custom services. If there is anything that you would like custom made, you can email an image of it melody@melodyehsani.com Please be as detailed as possible when describing what you would like made, and we can give you a price quote on your piece.

How long do custom orders take?

We ask that you allow us up to 2 weeks to make and ship custom orders off of the website.

How long does shipping take on items from the collection?

All items outside of custom orders generally take up to a week to make and ship. Please note that most of our items are made locally, and are not mass produced, so sometimes shipping can take a couple days longer.

Do you expedite shipping if I need my order sooner than the above mentioned times?

If you need your items to be shipped to you with express delivery, please email us at info@melodyehsani.com and we will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, our collection is carried in over a hundred stores worldwide. We are always looking to expand. If you would like wholesale information, you can email us at sales@melodyehsani.com

What is your return policy?

You are welcome to return and exchange your items within 5 days of receiving your package for domestic and international orders. All sales items are exchange only within 5 days of receiving your package for domestic and international orders.  Please click here to download our exchange form. Note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information. Exchanged items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL tags attached and original packaging. NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

I received my item damaged, what do I do?

If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at info@melodyehsani.com and we will help resolve the issue.
