How long does it take for my item to ship?

Please note that orders may take 1-3 business days for processing before your items dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Which countries do you ship to?

ME. ships worldwide unless a location is under temporary exclusion. Please note that due to customs procedures in different countries, economy shipping can take up to 4 weeks.

Can I update my shipping address after I’ve already placed the order?

Please email immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not already been processed we would be happy to change it for you, however once an order is placed we cannot guarantee modifications.

I made an order then found more stuff I liked so I made 2 orders in one day. Can I combine them to pay one shipping fee and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer several express shipping options, however please note that processing may take 1-2 business days for fulfillment. If you need something urgently please contact ahead of time and try to place the order before 12pm. We can’t guarantee orders will go out the same day however we always try to prioritize expedited orders. 

Please note that custom items are made to order and even with express shipping added will require 7-12 business days for production prior to dispatch.


Do you accept returns?

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All returned/exchanged items must be in re-salable condition having not been worn, altered, or damaged. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in-tact. Please note that all custom orders, sale items and undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Any shipping, handling, or customs charges are non­refundable.

I shipped my return. When will I hear back?

Returns take anywhere from 5-7 business days for processing once an item is marked delivered. Please monitor your tracking information to confirm receipt and ensure the delivery address is correct. If you’re experiencing a delay please reach out to to inquire.

I received my order and there is a damaged item, will you provide a return label?

If for some reason you received your item damaged, you can email us at and we will help resolve the issue.


How long does it take to receive my refund? 

Once an agent has processed your refund please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have received a refund confirmation but are experiencing issues please contact your bank.

I accidentally paid for Route. Can I cancel that and get a refund?

Unfortunately once an order is processed and shipped with Route insurance those funds are non-refundable. 


How long does it take to receive my exchanged item?

As soon as we receive the original item (unworn and within the exchange window) we will dispatch the exchange. If you need a special shipping speed please contact ahead of time.


I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

Once an order has been placed it immediately moves to processing and may dispatch at any time. If your order has shipped we cannot offer cancellation. Please email as quickly as possible to inquire as to whether or not your order is eligible.

Why was my order canceled?

We reserve the right to make exceptions, cancel, refund or exchange a product at our sole discretion. 

Suspicious Activity: Our billing department did not receive authorization for this transaction.

Bot Activity: Browser automation, bots and/or reservation services do not adhere to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product, or any signs of collusion will result in order cancellations.

How long until I receive my custom order?

All of our custom orders are individually handmade with love. Please allow 7-12 business days for production prior to shipment. Shipping speeds vary depending on your selection at checkout.

What are the rings made out of?

What are the earring posts made out of? Are they hypoallergenic?

All earring posts are nickel and lead free, please refer to the +Details tab on each product page for specific material and allergy information.


How do I know which size to order? 

Our apparel features a Size Guide on each product page with specific measurements. Click the +Sizing tab to see the size guide as well as the fit models’ height and size details.

Are these garments also for men?

Of course! While our apparel is female focused many of the silhouettes are unisex. Please refer to the size guide when ordering and consider sizing up +1.


I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

Order confirmations should be received immediately after your order is complete. Check your spam folder and if you did not receive a confirmation however your card has been charged please email ​​. Make sure to save your order number for your records.

Why is my free shipping code from signing up for texts not working?

This code is eligible for one use per customer on shipping costs under $15 and is only valid in the US.

Do you offer payment plan options like Klarna or Afterpay?

Yes, we have several installment plans available at checkout via Shop Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal.

When will you be restocking?

Most of our apparel is only available seasonally in limited quantities however our signature jewelry and accessories are often restocked. Visit the individual product page to sign up to be notified when an item becomes available or join us on social or our mailing list to be informed about the newest drops.
