The ultimate product is up to the discretion of our designers and may vary slightly from what you've seen. Materials such as Mirrored Gold can be difficult to mimic digitally so please refer to our images of the actual product for a more accurate depiction.

 

For special requests, contact info@melodyehsani.com. Note that selecting expedited shipping at checkout will speed up transit time once an item dispatches, however the standard production period will still remain. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Nameplates are made from laser cut acrylic

- Bamboo hoops are nickel-free gold or rhodium (silver tone) plated brass

- Hoop diameter is measured from outer edge of bamboo

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all custom orders, sale items and undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact info@melodyehsani.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.


All returned/exchanged items must be in resalable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in tact.
