DESCRIPTION

ATTENTION: All of our custom orders are handmade with love. Please allow 7-12 business days for production prior to shipment.

 

Please note that our rendering software is designed to give you a preview of how your items may look. The ultimate product is up to the discretion of our designers and may vary slightly from what you've seen. Materials such as Mirrored Gold can be difficult to mimic digitally so please refer to our images of the actual product for a more accurate depiction.

 

For special requests, contact info@melodyehsani.com. Note that selecting expedited shipping at checkout will speed up transit time once an item dispatches, however the standard production period will still remain. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Nameplates and ring bases are made from laser cut acrylic

- Rings are sized to the width of the ring base selected (so a 4-finger ring will yield a wider nameplate)

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all custom orders, sale items and undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact info@melodyehsani.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.


All returned/exchanged items must be in resalable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in tact.


NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information.
